• Led worldwide corporate rebrand and revolutionized the visual voice of the company by pitching, designing and spearheading a company-wide redesign and brand rollout - transforming the previously dark, brooding look & feel into an accessible, innovative, unified experience.

• Personally designed new brand identity, and drove the implementation across corporate websites, product UI, microsites, collateral, digital installations, signage, video, social media and all marketing initiatives.

• Directed company-wide consumerization of 12 enterprise software suites and 46 applications. Re-envisioned end-to-end user interactions by evaluating workflow scenarios, personas and legacy architecture to create easy-to-use, seamless user experiences. Standardized controls and design protocols to assure quick time-to-market. Anchored a consistent visual language across verticals and devices, setting new standards for enterprise software with consumer-grade, user-centric designs.

• Opened NYC office, founded and named new in-house creative agency, Hook & Loop, supporting the entire organization matrix and global business partners. Recruited and led an all-new 30+ person team of art directors, UX/UI designers, front-end developers, video producers, editors, copywriters and project managers - closely integrating new hires with existing talent.

• Responsible for $2 million Creative and Advertising budget.
